Ms. Juicy Diva is more than just a title. She is a woman who reflects a tradition of style, sophistication and service. Over the years, Ms. J. Diva has been intent on making a difference in people's lives through her modeling, acting and community endeavors. Ms. J. Diva is a role model to young and old alike, and a spokesperson, using her title to educate millions of Americans on an issue of importance to herself and society at large.In the beginning of this contest I informed Mr. Poppa "T". that I am not hear for 3^rd place or 2^nd place I am here to win. You have to be determined, have faith that you can, have no doubt and do the best that you can. When you do that you know that you are a winner with the help of God and that you can exceed your dreams and goal. Do not let any one tell you that you can not because I am and example that you can. First of all I give thanks to God and I want to thank all my supporters in my quest for the title of Ms. Juicy Diva Queen of 2008 JcT Magazine. I am filled with an immense amount of joy right now. It has been my pleasure to participate in a contest that places the needs and charitable causes of others in the forefront of their mission. I would like to extend my most sincere thanks to my family, friends, coworkers and the public well wishes for all their donations (ballots and monetary donations). Your support has been a monumental pillar in my competition for the title of Ms. Juicy Diva Queen of 2008 JcT Magazine. I am certain that I will represent Ms. J. Diva to the utmost. It is my goal to give other full figure women an opportunity to see that their physical weight doesn’t limit there expectations or boundaries for their lives. I stand before you proud to be a full figure woman and I am looking forward in doing positive things while wearing this crown and title. I feel a sense of empowerment and look forward to the great challenges and strategic planning that my participation as Ms. Juicy Diva Queen of 2008 JcT Magazine entitles. Thank you again and I am bumbled by your support. I also would like to say to my competitors in his contest you were all winners it was a beautiful experience. Thank you again and God Bless each of you.I would also like to express my deepest love to my husband (Mike) and my 2 daughters (Crystal and Keturah) and extended family for putting up with all my chaos and last minute decisions during this competition. DIVA COMPETIION THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Why are modeling and acting and your passion? Modeling and acting is my passion because this is something that I always wanted to do since I was a teenager. I live being a model and actress because I have the opportunity to show others that you can do it to and you have the opportunity of making your dreams come true. It is my passion to see others exceed like my self. What are your short and long term goals? My short term goals are what I am presently doing now. Focusing on how to get into the lime life and getting better at what I do. My long term goal is to have the opportunity of getting into more feature movies, more commercials, print ads and magazines. I am going to have the opportunity of being in movies with Stars that I never taught or dreamed of having the opportunity. How did you get where you are today? How I got where I am today is by making a decision on what I wanted to be and what I wanted to accomplish in my life with God’s help. Being determined to succeed and be the best that I can be at what I do is why I am where I am today. You have to always think positive and do not let any one say that you can not do it. I have been to many auditions and I was not chosen. That made me more determined to keep going because I know that was not for me, and that God had something better for me. I took acting classes and modeling classes to get experience in modeling. I had a lot of opportunities to be in run way modeling shows in and out of town. I had the opportunities of being in movies, on TV, commercials and a video. Having experience gives you better opportunities. Also who you know!
